Eyeskream
Terms of Service (Hosting)
- Eyeskream reserves the right to
cancel a website's hosting at any time if in violation of the
following terms of service.
- No website may contain or link
to illegal content (child pornography & pirated software)
- Eyeskream will not be held
responsible for any data loss.
- The members
that are hosted by Eyeskream cannot put up commercial ads on their websites
other than their own.
- We reserve the right to make
amendments to this agreement at anytime.
Eyeskream Member
Agreement
Eyeskream.com was founded to bring together webcomic artists and help them
develop their creations by providing all the necessary tools to do so. It is
expected that all members treat each other with courtesy and respect. So we
would like that our members conform to the following :

Good citizenship
: Free speech is important and I think we are lucky to live in a place where we
can do it. I just want to mention the importance of being polite and respectful
with the other members.

No hate
speech : Content that is offensive, such as the endorsement of racism, is not
acceptable and will not be tolerated.

Respect others work
: Plagiarism is not acceptable. Any member that is plagiarizing others work
will have their membership revoked.
Community responsibilities

Each member must follow the Eyeskream
Member Agreement.

You will have to
put the Eyeskream member logo on your homepage where everybody
could see it.

Each Eyeskream member must
vote for new members when needed by selecting 3 webcomics submissions from the list provided by
the Eyeskream manager.

Eyeskream ad server : You
must be part of the Eyeskream rotation banners that consist off
helping cross-promote each Eyeskream members, by placing one of the two
Eyeskream rotation banners (468x60 or 180x350) on your site.

We suggest that you take part of some
group projects such as : making guest strips for other members,
participating in the joint ventures, participating in contests, etc. We are asking members to do so in order to reinforce the community feeling
of our group and to create some friendly bonds. You do not have to do these things,
but it sure will be a lot more fun if everyone pitches in.

Being willing to promote the other
members of your community should be natural for everybody. Please
consider the possibility of linking to all the other members in your link
section, this will bring more readers to each webcomic and creators will
have the pleasure of sharing the same audience sometime. But this is on a
free will basis. You are always free to place any link you want, it's up to
you.
